NO. Everything inside the house is protected but those items that have a coax, telephone or data connection are excluded.  Surge can come through coax, telephone and your data cables as well if you want them protected you must cave surge protection on them as well.

What about the items outside the house Like the AC/ Heat Pump, Well Pump, Pool motors Etc.?
No. Everything outside the house is not protected with the surge protection at the electric panel. Outside items need lighting protection Sycom has protection for these items as well.
